As a Proposition Owner at Gamma, your role will be multifaceted and dynamic, involving close collaboration with various departments to ensure the success of our propositions.

What will you be doing day-to-day? 📞

• Create and maintain essential proposition documentation.
• Understand and translate customer requirements into effective solutions.
• Communicate proposition value to stakeholders internally and externally.
• Define compelling propositions tailored to target markets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define necessary services for proposition delivery.
• Consolidate and communicate key requirements from various business units.
• Assist in proposition training and market launch.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams and third parties.
• Contribute to creating marketing and training materials.
• Maintain documentation and data integrity within propositions.

What you’ll need 🚀

• Telecommunications Expertise: You should possess significant experience within the Telecommunications, Unified Communication, Collaboration, Connectivity, and Mobile space, with a strong understanding of industry trends and practices
• Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills are a must, along with the ability to communicate effectively at senior levels.
• Written Skills: You should have strong written skills, capable of producing comprehensive documentation that can clarify complex propositions to diverse stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and self-motivated, you should thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
• Interpersonal Skills: Effective relationship building, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are crucial for fostering productive partnerships across departments.
• Adaptability: You should be eager to learn and develop knowledge independently, especially in new and emerging technologies.

• This role will require travel where needed and is a hybrid working role.
• Though we have specified Glasgow, we would be open to applicants who live close to any of our other office spaces (Manchester, London, Portsmouth)
