πŸ‘‹ We are growing our sales team in Germany and looking for experienced Sales Manager with a ‘hunter’ background to help us on our growth journey. Reporting to our Sales Leader this is a great time to join and continue to build our customer and partner network within Germany.

What will you be doing day-to-day? πŸ“ž

  • Hunting for new business – both partners and customers
  • Supporting existing customers with queries and spotting upsell opportunities
  • Building sales plans to hit and exceed targets
  • Attend trade fairs and customer events
  • Understand and feedback on the market and competition – sharing ideas with the team
  • Reporting activities and use of the CRM
  • Empathetic and great listening skills – able to understand customer problems and engage with a solutions focused mindset.


What you’ll need πŸš€

  • Previous experience winning new business
  • Excellent sales negotiation and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of the Telecommunications/Tech sales industry
  • Understanding of working with partners
  • Customer and solution-oriented ways of working
  • Happy to work in a team and in a target driven environment
  • Data driven, able to build and share market insights
  • A sense of fun – needed in a sales team
