Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated Project Implementation Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow.

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day 📞

As a Project Implementation Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting Project Managers across all facets of projects, from initiation to closure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to set expectations and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Creating and managing project documents, including delivery trackers, to ensure project progress is transparent and measurable.
• Executing delivery activities to meet project milestones and deadlines effectively.
• Coordinating site access and managing third-party relationships and associated deliverables.
• Proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing regular status reports and updates as required to stakeholders.

What you’ll need 🚀

• Prince 2 Foundation certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Background in Telecoms/IT or similar industries.
• Experience and deep understanding of number porting.
• Strong project planning skills and experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.

This role is hybrid, meaning you'll be required to come into our Glasgow office once per week.
