We have a great opportunity within our team to provide support, leadership and guidance to a customer support team using your technical skills. 

 

What will you be doing day-to-day? 📞

 

  • Selling products, processing orders from sales to delivery to partners or customers for implementation/installation and start up invoicing
  • Set up customer environment for implementation of product.
  • First-line support for customers (2nd line Tech GBS)
  • Contact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Weekly team meeting to inform, support and facilitate team in their work
  • Prioritize tickets in ticketing system in order of urgency and allocated among colleagues

 

 

What you’ll need 🚀

  • 4 Years as IT System Administrator
  • Intermediate vocational level of education
  • MS 700 certificate, or willing to earn this
  • Result oriented and able to prioritise work
  • Customer first approach - looking to resolve issues quickly
  • Analytical skills 
  • Strong communication skills (Fluent Dutch and English)
  • People leadership experience with a coaching and inclusive style

A few things to note 

We work in a hybrid model where we would expect you to be in the office for part of the week, with flexibilty where needed.
