We have a great opportunity within our team to provide support, leadership and guidance to a customer support team using your technical skills.
What will you be doing day-to-day? 📞
- Selling products, processing orders from sales to delivery to partners or customers for implementation/installation and start up invoicing
- Set up customer environment for implementation of product.
- First-line support for customers (2nd line Tech GBS)
- Contact with internal and external stakeholders
- Weekly team meeting to inform, support and facilitate team in their work
- Prioritize tickets in ticketing system in order of urgency and allocated among colleagues
What you’ll need 🚀
- 4 Years as IT System Administrator
- Intermediate vocational level of education
- MS 700 certificate, or willing to earn this
- Result oriented and able to prioritise work
- Customer first approach - looking to resolve issues quickly
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (Fluent Dutch and English)
- People leadership experience with a coaching and inclusive style

We work in a hybrid model where we would expect you to be in the office for part of the week, with flexibilty where needed.
