Senior Customer Project Manager

What you'll be doing day to day? 📞

• Manage large complex customer projects primarily in enterprise and public sector, emphasizing Telco knowledge and experience.
• Oversee WAN and SD-WAN implementations, leveraging expertise in these areas.
• Coordinate multiple product management, including SD-WAN and Mobile for 300+ sites.
• Handle larger projects with multi-million-pound budgets, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Need 🚀

• Deep Telco knowledge and experience, particularly in WAN and SD-WAN.
• Proven experience managing large and complex customer projects, preferably in enterprise and public sector settings.
• Expertise in managing multiple products simultaneously, such as SD-WAN and Mobile.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience in product management and governance within a Telco environment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, including PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on articulating complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to adapt to varying project requirements and customer needs, demonstrating flexibility and proactive problem-solving.

A few things to note ✨

• Though this position is predominantly home-based, it is classed as hybrid and you will be required to come into the office every month or two.
• There may be times where the business needs require you to work overtime, however this will only be due to special circumstances.
