Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.

Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for? 👀

We are currently seeking a Product Owner to join our London based team. As a pivotal member of our business change team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of innovative and transformational digital solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organisation and customers.

We ideally would like you to already be in a Product Owner role and be ready to translate business requirements into actionable product features, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality outcomes that drive business value and enhance the customer experience.

 

What will you be doing day-to-day? 🚀

  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the overall objectives of the digital transformation initiatives.
  • Requirement Gathering and Prioritisation: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritise business problem statements, user needs, and market trends to inform product development decisions.
  • Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritised product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined, estimated, and effectively communicated to the development team.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, architects, development teams, and other key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Feature Definition and Acceptance: Define clear and concise Epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that deliverables meet the desired quality standards, architectural principles, and business objectives.
  • Iteration Planning and Review: Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives to ensure that development efforts are aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, optimisation, and innovation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Product Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital products, analyse performance data, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.

 

What you’ll need 💻

  • Prior experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile development environment, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
  • Prior experience working in large scale digital transformation landscape.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Salesforce technologies and eco-systems desired.
  • Experience in workflow management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Monday.com experience desirable but not essential.

A few things to note 😊

  • This role will require travel to our London office twice a week.
  • We do not need agency support; we do all our recruitment in house.
  • Unfortunately, we can't offer visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role.
