UCaaS Implementation Specialist

We're hiring for the UCaaS Implementation Specialist role to enhance our team's ability to efficiently deploy Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex solutions, meeting the increasing demand for seamless Unified Communications integration among our clients. They will be responsible for providing the basic technical skills to cover the design and deployment.

What will you be doing day to day? 📞 

• Deploying projects centered around the Microsoft Unified Communications portfolio, focusing on Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
• Implementing Direct Routing for Microsoft Teams & Cisco Webex using AudioCodes & Ribbon SBCs.
• Onboarding clients to Operator Connect and Cisco Webex, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Installing and configuring Microsoft UC environments, including Enterprise Voice features, Microsoft Teams rooms/devices, and Microsoft SIP Gateway devices.
• Providing technical review and feedback on customer specified solutions to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Reviewing and improving internal processes and standards to enhance project outcomes, including documentation.

What You'll Need 🚀 

• Knowledge of Microsoft UC Solutions, particularly in Enterprise Voice.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
• Troubleshooting ability with hands-on IT support experience, both back-end and client-facing.
• Familiarity with Teams underlying technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Active Directories, Identity Management, DNS, Certificates, Networking, and AudioCodes and Ribbon SBCs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively communicating at all stakeholder levels.
• Ideally, certification in Teams exams and Audiocodes, although not essential as training can be provided.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent spoken and written English.

A few things to note ✨ 

• Though this position is predominantly home-based, it is classed as hybrid and you will be required to come into the office once per month
• There may be times where the business needs require you to work overtime, but this will be compensated
• We would prefer applicants from Glasgow or Manchester, but we are happy to receive applications from individuals based near to any of our other office locations.
