London - Contract Support Officer

Position: Officer Contract Support Officer
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour (potential earnings of 40k+ based on a 5-day working week)
Shift Pattern: Various (days, nights, & weekends)
Requirements:

Valid SIA license
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Previous customer-oriented work experience
-
Previous experience in the security industry (desirable)

5-year checkable work history
Main Responsibilities:

Serve as a central point of contact and information for staff, visitors, and tenants.

Adhere to all written and verbal instructions diligently.

Promptly report any issues to the supervisor or duty manager
-
Maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Monitor access points, granting or denying entry as appropriate.

Conduct regular patrols to deter threats to client property and assets.

Investigate incidents and take lawful action as per corporate policy.

Conduct ID checks.

Remain vigilant to health and safety risks.
