The Role

As a Senior Campaign Manager, the successful post holder will be focused on maximizing one of our biggest assets, our ex-member base. This maybe through on-going engagement communications using email, content delivered via our App, but primarily this will be by working our offer plans.

Today, 14 years since we opened our first gym, we have over 600 gyms globally and are proud to help over 2 million members to be a little bit fitter, healthier and happier.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for re-joiner performance and subsequent communications across the PureGym Group
• Implement propensity model, including ML and Ai segmentation techniques to optimize winback.
• Develop referral programs for current and ex-members to increase incremental members.
• Work with the UK marketing team and external agencies as required to create assets to use in channel.
• Be responsible for all marketing reporting (weekly & monthly) working with analysts and commercial finance teams as necessary on report set-up.
• Execute extensive testing in all areas, trialing specific strategies.
• Work with our App and Content teams to find new and innovative ways to engage with our ex-members.
• Develop and manage ongoing test & learn strategies to drive incremental improvement.
• Work with the Group digital marketing team to share best practice.
• The role will be predominately office based, in Leeds, with flexibility for up to 2 days WFH.  Some travel to London and occasionally Copenhagen will also be required.

The Person

• An experienced Senior Campaign Manager with a proven ability in working with digital first, direct to consumer brands, either agency or client side
• Experience of a fast-paced innovative environment
• Technical and analytical mindset along with excellent communication skills
• Strong numeracy skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
• Confident in translating complex results and analysis into easily digestible reports for stakeholders.
• Is commercially aware and uses knowledge and experience to drive success.
• Is pragmatic, friendly and solution focused.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Takes ownership for performance and ensures that all targets are met.
• Ambitious and looking for a career in a fast-paced environment.
• You'll be a conceptual thinker who is passionate about Email and App marketing.
• You'll be an expert in utilizing first party data.
• You are well organized with a keen eye for detail.
• You will have proven experience of driving incremental revenue.
