Our International Operations team are currently seeking an International Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading central Marketing for all of international, including the marketing strategy for corporate and franchise operations. This includes personally running the digital campaigns for corporate & franchise operations and overseeing Brand, Local, and CRM outputs.

About the Team


The International Operations team provide the central services to our existing international businesses,  as well as providing business development and growth support for future markets and opportunities.


The Role

The International Marketing Manager is responsible for leading central Marketing for all of International. Personal responsibilities that fall under the above can be split out by our corporately owned international divisions and our international franchise operations.

International Corporate Divisions:

  • Personally responsible for setting the marketing strategy for these divisions. This includes budget ownership, the shape and structure of the promotional plan and all other joiner activity that can be generated through marketing activation.
  • The IMM will personally run the digital activation across all channels for coporately owned divisions, responsible for all aspects of performance including spend, joiner volumes, CPA's and other secondary metrics.
  • Leads on the creation and sign off of the Annual Promotional Plan, in conjunction with the Head of International Operations and Head of Commercial Finance.


International Franchise Operations:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining central documentation on marketing strategy/ planning as well as digital marketing for all international franchisees. This should be as consistent as possible across markets and operators.
  • Responsible for acting as the principle marketing point of contact for franchise operations, both internally and externally
  • Responsible for acting as a consultant for franchise marketing departments and senior leadership teams to ensure that franchise marketing operations, reporting and planning is being operated in line with our recommendations in order to maximise performance.
  • Responsible for annual and quarterly strategy planning
  • Responsible for Digital Paid Media plan and activation


The Person

The ideal candidate will have experience across the following capabilities:

  • Marketing strategy
  • Promotional Planning and ownership
  • Leading digital marketing campaigns across all channels with evidence of setting and achieving financial & commercial outcomes/ performance metrics
  • Multiple market experience
  • Franchise experience preferable


Further to the above, the candidate will demonstrate the following behaviours:

  • Comfortable and confident leading their own operation, including setting and achieving outcome objectives
  • Experience and evidence of taking the initiative
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • High level of problem solving ability
  • Confident working across boundaries in a collaborative way and with a mixture of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills including at a Group Management Board level
