About The Role

What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
- Deal effectively and efficiently with all Customer Service related requests primarily via the inbound phone channel, however when necessary via QMS/e-mail/webchat, taking responsibility for processing each query through to a satisfactory conclusion
- Work closely with other areas of the business, maintaining and developing collaborative relationships to support our customers
- Develop your product knowledge so you can help customers with technical queries
- Keep informed on marketing and promotional activity
- Keep records of all conversations and transactions on our in house system
- Undertake additional Customer Service related business activities including dealing with 1st line complaints.
About You
As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to show the following skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Active listening
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience working in a pervious customer service role is desirable, However not essential as full training will be provided.

- Salary:- £23,987 (Hourly Rate £11.90 ) Raising to £25,015 (Hourly Rate £12.41) once you have passed you settling period and achieved performance targets for 3 consecutive months.
