Working Monday – Friday 8:15am – 5pm, Hybrid working available after settling in period

Starting Salary - Hourly Rate £11.90 / Annual Salary 23,987

 

About The Role

As one of our Customer Service Advisors you will handle a broad range of calls on a daily basis, the work is varied and can be challenging, however we give you all the training and support you need to be successful in your role. What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

  • Deal effectively and efficiently with all Customer Service related requests primarily via the inbound phone channel, however when necessary via QMS/e-mail/webchat, taking responsibility for processing each query through to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Work closely with other areas of the business, maintaining and developing collaborative relationships to support our customers
  • Develop your product knowledge so you can help customers with technical queries
  • Keep informed on marketing and promotional activity
  • Keep records of all conversations and transactions on our in house system
  • Undertake additional Customer Service related business activities including dealing with 1st line complaints.

 

About You

As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to show the following skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Active listening
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working in a pervious customer service role is desirable, However not essential as full training will be provided.
