Pragma are a Gamma based company based in Rock business park in Washington, West Sussex. Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.

Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for? 


We are looking for a confident and outgoing order and provisioning executive to join the team in our rural office in Washington, West Sussex. The Orders & Provisioning Executive is required to provide customer focused administrative support within the Orders & Provisioning team which manages the onboarding and in-life requirements for our iPECS & Techland customers.

What will you be doing day-to-day? 

  • Provisioning of various products including number ports, iPECS orders, 3rd party orders and Techland orders, in a timely and accurate manner using standard processes and systems.
  • Managing basic moves/adds/changes for existing customers 
  • Managing incoming calls and written correspondence from customers, suppliers and colleagues
  • Data entry within the various company systems
  • Ensuring all relevant customer documents are received and saved on internal systems
  • Liaising with third parties as required including issues and liaising with third parties which would include; updating customer spreadsheets and suspending and reactivating services..

  • Customer orientated with an organised and logical approach to fulfilling requirements
  • Flexible, able to fit in with business needs around core opening hours
  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and manage multiple tasks of varying complexity whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of issues and to resolve them promptly and efficiently
  • Positive attitude with a diplomatic approach to working with other teams and suppliers
  • A self-organiser with the ability to take responsibility for their own workload as well as learning 
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload to ensure that assigned tasks are completed by the end of each working day

Further information:

We would expect the applicant to be in the office full-time for the first 6 months to learn the processes and we would then offer hybrid working. This would be 3 days working in the office and 2 days from home each week with flexibility on which days are spent in the office.
