Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data, mobile and security products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.Gamma is expanding its presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region. 

We see Cyber Security as a growing part of our business and are looking to build out our technical team to support this.

Who are we looking for? 


Our team here at Gamma are looking for talented individual who can join the team as a solutions consultant. The Solutions Consultant within cyber security will also work alongside the sales team and Solutions Architects to gain new customers as well as increase penetration into existing customer accounts by using innovative and creative technical solutions. They will ensure effective; pre-sales and solutions support by mapping business requirements to technical solutions within Gamma Enterprise’s portfolio.

A cyber security role that would be perfect for somebody with a real passion for the industry.

What will you be doing day-to-day? 

  • Supporting the development of business opportunities in conjunction with the sales team. Where appropriate provide consultancy to aid customers in the development of their requirements. 
  • Understanding customer requirements and by displaying a good level of knowledge of all the core products and services, translate these requirements into functional, effective, and appropriate solutions
  • Providing consultative technical support for opportunities, bids and proposals for customer solutions incorporating multiple core products and services
  • Participating in customer solution presentations, demos and meetings as and when required
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing and training materials for solutions, products and services
  • Supporting Solution Architects and Lead Solution Architects on complex deals to further knowledge
  • Interfacing with Proposition Management to feedback customer requirements

 

What you’ll need 

You will be working directly with a wide array of customers across private, and public sectors therefore you will possess excellent client facing skills and be able to adopt a commercial, consultative approach.

The position will focus on a wide-ranging product set, therefore you will need to be experienced in Pre-Sales within the Telecommunications, Unified Communication and Collaboration space and have expertise in the following areas:

  • Previous experience within a pre-sales / sales engineering / customer solutions position with good technical and commercial skills
  • Experience working with Security solutions from major vendors including (but not limited to): Cisco, Microsoft, Tenable and Palo Alto.
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Excellent customer facing skills and the ability to present at senior levels
  • Written skills in producing Technical Sales proposals
  • Displaying an agile, can-do attitude, when required to deliver on requirements

  • This role will require travel to one of our office locations on a hybrid basis.
  • We do not need agency support; we do all our recruitment in house.
