Our People team have a new opportunity to join us in leading our Wellbeing strategy for the Group. We are a supportive team at Gamma and have been focusing on wellbeing initiatives for our people. Due to a maternity cover, we are looking for an experienced wellbeing expert to join us to understand our current state and build for the future.

What will you be doing day-to-day? 📞

  • Create formal policies, processes and approaches to monitoring wellbeing. This will include risk analyses as well as understanding the financial impact of wellbeing on the business.
  • Be the employee wellbeing expert and champion, representing employee wellbeing by attending and contributing to meetings across Gamma as well as externally to promote wellbeing.
  • Measure the mental and physical state of the workforce to better understand the “well-being climate,” and to put in place interventions to support Gamma’s international workforce.
  • Evaluate the success of wellbeing programmes through reviewing feedback from employee engagement surveys, insights from the Wellbeing Committee and direct stakeholder feedback.
  • Work closely with the People team to understand and propose improved ways of supporting employees throughout their Gamma journey:
  • Organise wellbeing events and use innovative ways to facilitate wellbeing information sessions or support external speakers.
  • Create awareness and publicise events that lead to increased standards of wellbeing.
  • Ownership of EAP accessibility and awareness

What you’ll need 🚀

  • Previous experience in implementing (not necessarily leading) wellbeing strategies; understanding what good looks like
  • Able to work with senior stakeholders and bring ideas together across different markets bring group wide solutions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proactive in style, able to bring ideas to life and suggest new ways of working
  • Commercial, data driven and able to use data and metrics to improve performance
  • Experience in policy/process creation

A few things to note

You’ll be based from either our London, Newbury or Manchester office on a hybrid basis (2-3 days a week in the office). Some travel to other locations as needed.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
