Presales Consultant - Gamma Northern Europe

Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for? 👀

We are looking for a skilled Presales Consultant to join our expanding sales team in Germany. In this role, you will support our Partners and the hunting team by addressing any issues that may arise, requiring a confident and proactive approach. Additionally, a strong technical background is essential.

What will you be doing day-to-day? ✨

• Professionally handling technical inquiries.
• Taking care of customer projects in the carrier and system integrator environment.
• Configuring, documenting, and presenting customer-specific solutions.
• Conducting technical workshops and training sessions and creating video tutorials.
• Supporting sales in conducting customer events.
• Testing new functions and products.

What you’ll need 💻

• Complete vocational training in the IT field.
• Have initial knowledge in IT consulting, network administration, or project management
• possess solid technical experience in networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing) and in the VoIP field
• Have a strong service orientation and a proactive, independent working style
• You must have professional demeanour.
• Strong English skills and presentation abilities.
