Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for? 👀

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer or partner focus, combined with proven sales expertise and confidence in their abilities.

What will you be doing day-to-day? ✨

  • Acquire new distribution partners and customers.
  • Consult existing customers, develop solution approaches, and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Create strategies to achieve qualitative and quantitative goals.
  • Attend company trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop new ideas, keeping market trends and competition in view.
  • Manage our CRM system and generate reports.

What you’ll need 💻

  • Completed training in a commercial or technical field.
  • Strong experience in sales, ideally in the telecommunications sector.
  • Customer- and solution-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
  • Communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
  • Negotiation skills, making it easy for you to acquire new customers.
  • Team player in a goal-oriented environment, actively contributing to the implementation of ideas.
  • Traveling frequently within Germany.
  • English skills (speaking and written).
