Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for? 👀

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. You should be resilient, adaptable to change, and able to thrive in a fast-paced telecommunications environment. A continuous willingness to learn and develop, coupled with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with key internal stakeholders, is essential. Strong organizational and time management skills are also crucial, as you will be managing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.

What will you be doing day-to-day?  

  • Monitoring the Sales Operations inbox and taking responsibility for actioning or sign posting all emails
  • Tracking all activity in GammaHub (Salesforce CRM) following the defined processes and look for opportunities to improve or enhance the information in the systems
  • Basic GammaHub administration, for example checking and initiating billing profiles
  • Logging certain product opportunities onto 3rd party portals
  • Checking and validation of won opportunities to ensure successful hand-off to order management team
  • In conjunction with Marketing, validate, maintain, and cleanse data in GammaHub to ensure continued integrity
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and champion of GammaHub, providing support and advice to the direct sales community
  • Provide insight, knowledge and recommendations to the Digital Team to assist with continued development of GammaHub and undertake user acceptance testing of any enhancements to relevant processes
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure sales verification and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the Sales Operations Manager in optimising and streamlining sales processes in alignment with new digital buyer and seller journeys
  • Establishing best practices and the adoption of right seller behaviours to improve performance and reduce errors – improve integrity and quality
  • Onboarding and administration of 3rd party applications. Co-ordinating training and adoption, monitoring usage and success.
  • Sales analytics and MI - providing sales leaders with complete, simplified, unified and consistent information to facilitate their leadership roles
  • Capture, collate and manage all requests for change to systems, processes, reports and dashboards and the dissemination to other teams as required
  • Sales management and leadership support as required
  • Act as key stakeholder for the implementation of new systems/platforms, onboarding the sales team, coordinating training and maintaining admin duties
  • Support in the creation of training material in various forms to enhance the Sales Enablement training platform
