Pay rate: £12.85

Supporting our current maintenance team on an ad hoc basis, your area of focus will be the onsite pool and spa facilities, covering staff holidays, sickness and shortages.

The Role of Maintenance Operative

• Testing and adjusting chemical PH balance of swimming pool and Jacuzzi water, using correct treatments.
• Maintain and change filters
• Daily deep clean of Spa areas
• Routine testing within policy and procedure for fire checks and relevant health & safety policies
• Placing orders for repair and maintenance material, tools and related goods.
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork and documentation is kept current, that SOPs are updated as circumstance or legislation dictates.

About You

• Experienced within a Pool/Spa setting
• Live local to Girton area and be available for call outs if required
• Ability to communicate and interact well with people.
• Works well as an individual AND as part of a team.
• Able to carry out all aspects of the role to the highest standard at all times.
• Possess general DIY skills / experience.
• Ability to think outside of the box, and to exercise initiative
